Spontaneous Application

We are regularly looking for RPA Advisors capable of assisting our clients in finding a living environment that meets their needs. Here is what the role involves:

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze the needs of seniors and their families, in collaboration with the Health Network if necessary.
Search for and recommend residences that meet the identified needs.
Follow up with clients from the opening of their file to the lease signing.
Organize and coordinate appointments between clients and residences.
Keep the portfolio of local residences up to date and build strong relationships with their teams.

Desired Profile:

Sales experience (ideally in senior residences or real estate, an asset).
Excellent customer service skills and active listening.
Ability to work independently with a compensation plan based on completed placements.
Organization, teamwork, and adaptability.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
